Our Resourcing division was established in direct response to a growing demand from clients seeking assistance recruiting staff, using the Bright recruitment process and expertise. Driven by the same Bright values of honesty, commitment to excellence and great value for money, we offer our customers a uniquely personalised approach to recruitment.

Bright Resourcing’s intensive internal recruitment process ensures clients are offered highly vetted and quality verified candidates. We don’t cut corners. We don’t believe in letting algorithms from a database dictate who is suitable for a role. We get to know our candidates, understand their strengths and weaknesses and have an upfront and honest conversation with them about their expectations from a new role. Most importantly, we do not represent anyone unless we are convinced they would be the best candidate for the role.
